A couple minutes in your hands is normally enough to get Vanilla Mozi ‘Skin Cream’ flowing through the pump bottle.

Yes. Vanilla Mozi ‘Skin Cream’ is deemed natural. The raw natural ingredients make up 97.5% of the product. The remaining ingredients are essential in prolonging the shelf life, preventing bacteria, slime and mold from growing on the product.
1. What do the candles do?
Vanilla Mozi Soy Wax Candles repel mosquitos and other insects. It is very easy to get confused, as the Vanilla Mozi candle smells so good. We are not yet accustomed to mosquito repellents actually smelling good and being effective at the same time. The candle works best in conjunction with the Vanilla Mozi ‘skin cream’.
2. What are the burning instructions?
Please always follow burning instructions to get the most out of your Vanilla Mozi Candle. The first time you burn your candle is called a Priming Burn. You will need to burn it for at least 1 to 2 hours or until all of the wax in the top of the jar is melted. After the priming burn you can burn your candle as little as you like. However this first prime burn will stop the candle from tunnelling down and you will get many more hours from it. Please also rotate your candle every so often to help distribute the wax evenly. It is not uncommon for there to be excess wax after your candle has finished this does effect the candle and is normal.
3. What are the safety instructions?
Safety Instructions. Please burn away from flammable materials, drafts and heaters/fans . Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Please keep candle free of dust and debris. DO not replace glass lid onto candle directly after being used, as this can cause breakage. Failure to follow these instructions can result in fire hazard.
4. What is the ‘yellowing’ that l am seeing with my spa cup candles?
The ‘yellowing’ occurs when the spearmint pure essential oil reacts with UV (sunlight), similar to the yellowing of spearmint leaves in summer. So depending where you store the candles, you may or may not experience this change. It makes no difference to the effectiveness or scent of the product. As we refuse to use cheap fragrant oils, the solution is to add a UV buffer. We are currently testing the effectiveness of the UV buffer so our Vanilla Mozi candles no longer exhibit this ‘yellowing’ reaction.

1. If l order today, when will my Vanilla Mozi products be sent?
Unless notified, your order will be sent the next working day. Our courier (Fastway) picks up at 8.30am every working day. If you are not covered by our couriers delivery area (small country areas) then your package will be sent via Australia Post. Australia Post tends to be very unreliable with the timing and the safety of your purchased goods. I do my best to package your goods for a safe trip, though have discovered that Australia Post always seems to find a way to break things. I also try my best to use ‘Express’ bags so your order arrives as fast as possible.
2. Can l track my package?
Yes. Once our courier has your package, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
3. Where does my package get sent?
Be careful with your Paypal address, as this is where your package will be sent. Our courier will want someone to sign for the package, so make sure someone is home or have it sent to your work place.

Depending where in Australia you live, the average time to receive your package is between two and four days. To reach Western Australia it will take longer, though by using ‘Express’ bags this time is greatly reduced.
